We are a startup based in Madrid, focused in the successful development, management and implementation of Influencer Marketing campaigns by leveraging on our unique set of tools that include the most complete influencer database in the industry and a Software-as-a-service (Saas) that allows us to develop, manage and measure the performance of campaigns to make them effective and profitable. 


Our methodology and technology has allowed us to become a leading company in the market and to maximize the results of social media marketing campaigns of hundreds of recognized brands in the sectors of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel and consumer goods, such as L'Oreal and Inditex.


Founded in 2013, we are now a team of over 60 people, and we continue with our international expansion. Responsibilities


We are looking for a very empathetic, organized, focused and excellent communicator to join our Customer Success team, one of the fastest growing departments at our company. 


The main goal is to help our clients use our Social Media Performance platform in the correct way and advise them on how to get the most out of their social networks and social media campaigns.


We are looking for someone with the ability to understand and communicate with our clients, and to find solutions for them in a quick and efficient way.


Your responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train our clients on how to use our platform and make it cost effective.
  • Provide timely solutions to our client's needs.
  • Follow up with the client once he is using the tool.
  • If interactive with a potential customer, have the ability to turn him into a new client.
  • Generate more revenue from the existing accounts by upselling.


Profile


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Journalism, Marketing and Public Relations will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer relationships will be considered.


Languages:

  • Italian: native or bilingual
  • English or Spanish fluent

  • Full time internship with a salary of 400€ per month during the first 6 months
