Some examples of our available features include registration, messaging, notifications, surveys, group discussions, analytics, etc...These tools allow event planners to reduce costs and environmental impact, and to focus on what really matters for making their events a success!


We are a team of more than 70 people in our different locations (North America & Europe) , 13 of us based in our Berlin office. Among our more than 10 thousand customers in 72 countries there are renowned global brands such as Facebook, Visa, Cisco, Bose,  Bacardi or Porsche. 


We are looking for new team members who, like us, are passionate about the Events industry and share our proactive mentality. People willing to take on new challenges and learn from their mistakes, to focus on our German and European markets. 

Responsibilities

As a working student in the field of event management, you will support our event team in the planning, coordination and execution of national and international events. 


Our event portfolio includes sponsored industry events as well as trade fairs and in-house events. You will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions (MICE) at the exciting interface between technology, marketing and event management. 


You will be at the forefront of supporting our partners in the use of event technology to save time and money, and to inform, network, and encourage participants in the event. This includes communication with partners and coordination with internal departments (content, sales, graphics, etc.), the administrative and logistical planning of the events as well as the concrete implementation on site - as responsible event manager as well as technical support for our partners 


But you will not be alone: ​​you will work with our marketing experts in Berlin, as well as with our colleagues in Canada in a truly international environment.


Your responsibilities:

  • Support the team with the planning, coordination and implementation of sponsored events and trade fairs
  • Help supervise from development to dismantling and support of events on site 
  • Carry out administrative and logistic tasks for the implementation of events
  • Coordinate administration and dispatch of event logistics and marketing materials
  • Manage the events with the help of our Marketing Apps

Profile


  • You are studying or have just graduated in Event management, marketing or business administration with a focus on events, tourism, marketing, destination management or similar 
  • You have excellent written and oral communication in German (C1) and English (B2) organizational skills 
  • Proactive mentality, curiosity and team spirit 
  • Interest in the Events industry and tech savvy
  • Experience in the event industry a plus!
