Responsibilities

Would you like to be a part of a young and international team in a successful startup, based in sunny Spain?

If you are looking to boost your career in sales, have awesome communication and persuasion skills and want to have an impact in our growth by attracting accommodation providers across Europe to announce their rooms in our website , this role might be for you!

Your role  will be to lead the prospection of accommodation providers, both private and companies, in a European country.  Examples of prospects include private landlords, property managers, student residences, hostels, etc. 

You will be responsible for increasing the volume of properties published on our website. 


Responsibilities:

  • Contacting prospects by email or phone, leading a sales pitch and documenting information in our CRM. 
  • Developing your own sales style by trying and testing different strategies.
  • Calling and meeting with accommodation owners to get them signed up with us.
  • Negotiating terms and commissions with our partners.
  • Working as a team to quickly solve problems.

Profile

  • You have excellent communication and persuasion skills over the phone and email. 
  • You are eloquent, well spoken and convincing. 
  • You’re positive, results-oriented, energetic and disciplined. 
  • You’re smart, ambitious and analytical. 
  • You’re willing to work hard, are dedicated, persistent and committed to reach your goals.
  • You are very comfortable speaking on the phone.
  • Problem solving skills & resilient: you keep pushing.
  • You don't give up under pressure.
  • Professional attitude with an outgoing, enthusiastic, high-energy personality. 
  • You like to set goals and achieve them.


Must have:

  • Native/High level in Portuguese.
  • Experience in a sales team: client acquisition, lead qualification, cold calling and closing.
  • Experience in measuring and monitoring sales operations and KPIs.


Nice to have:

  • Some Spanish level will be welcome. 
  • An interest in technology and startup environment.
  • Experience managing a sales team or acquiring clients.
  • Experience using CRM, lead generation tools and inbound marketing.
  • Contacts in the real estate / accommodations sector.
  • Market knowledge about European real estate / accommodation sector. 
  • Having lived and/or studied abroad before.
