  • Prepare in depth company and market reports and identify key aspects for driving profitability and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and build ad-hoc business simulations and other experience based learning solutions
  • Support the team in the deployment of discovery-based learning experiences and help facilitate participant’s understanding of relevant content areas
  • Contribute to further develop the business, and work on proposals
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries and countries

Other responsibilities include:

  • Lead senior executives through learning experiences and facilitate understanding.
  • Collaborate and lead teams to design and build customized business simulations.
  • Work in several accounts including maintaining long term relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities and generation of leads
  • Client interviews with leaders to develop an understanding of their company ́s key levers


  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Interest and experience in consultative selling, leadership, project management and finance
  • Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A desire for extensive domestic and international travel
