Responsibilities

  • Develop our portfolio of French and international clients from the healthcare industry
  • Create a pipeline of new businesses and existing clients mostly for our Health Marketing and Communication practice, as well as our Strategy & Innovation Practice
  • Execute multi-channel lead generation and engagement campaigns through digital and email marketing, cold calling and social media marketing
  • Organize, prioritize, implement, follow-up and learn from existing Business Development programs and from automated marketing campaigns (using tools such as Marketo)
  • Ensure that the sales intelligence process is at any time updated at team and CRM levels (Dynamics)
  • Present our services to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, conference calls and emails
  • Participate with execution teams and practice leaders in the production of proposals and commercial offers
  • Close deals and support the Business Development and Key Account Manager teams in closing deals
  • Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities across the business
  • Report on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis progress of every step of the Business Development process. 

Profile

  • Hold a Communications, Marketing or Management Degree such as MBA, Business School and (appreciated) Scientific Degree: Medicine, Pharmacy degree.
  • Native or bilingual French.
  • Fluent English (able to use as everyday working language).
  • Spanish, Italian and/or German is appreciated.
  • Around 5 years of experience working in the Pharma/Healthcare Industries (in-house or from marketing services agencies).
  • Strong sense of client relationship management.Excellent writing skills.
  • Organization, management and leadership skills.
  • Curious, fast-Learner and proactive.
