  • Deeply understand our tools (application, Teacher Portal, lab reports, teacher guides) in order to clearly communicate best practices
  • Lead in-person and virtual training spaces for teachers who are using our products.
  • Supervise ongoing support in conjunction with local teachers and leaders 
  • Adaptation of training material to Mexican context.
  • Use data to target support to teachers and schools who need it most.
  • Use data to identify the strongest implementation and to collect best practices.
  • Assist in writing reports and communicating successes and pain points and impact data to stakeholders.
  • Create and develop new ways to support teachers in implementation of our products.
  • Pilot “capacitación escalable” to improve quality and impact.


  • Excellent English and Spanish
  • Experience managing large projects (with special emphasis on time management and task prioritization)
  • University degree complete (or in progress)
  • 1-2 years’ teaching experience at Middle/High School/University level
  • Strong content knowledge in natural sciences (especially physics and chemistry) and pedagogy.
  • Personal commitment to making access to quality education more equitable
  • Interest in STEM education, social innovation, technology in education (EdTech) and teacher training
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Professionalism; ability to interact with variety of individuals and organizations, especially teachers and school leaders
  • Self-Driven
  • Curious, creative problem solver
  • Positive attitude, with willingness to work with uncertainty in a rapidly changing environment
  • Friendly and approachable
A plus:
  • Experience training teachers, school leaders
  • Experience teaching STEM
  • Experience designing STEM curriculum
  • Knowledge of Plan de Estudios de la SEP
  • Experience using EdTech tools in the classroom
