  • Design and execute marketing campaigns based on marketing strategy
  • Increase number of new leads in sales pipeline
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns in Mexico
  • Lead social media marketing strategy
  • Daily support and contribution to social media platforms
  • Work closely with design team to assist in creation, distribution, delivery of marketing materials
  • Clippings, photos, and quote mining for case studies and creative assets
  • Conduct market research and compile key findings  to improve marketing and sales strategy, allowing us to reach at least 25,000 new students in Mexico by the end of 2018.
  • Help us find valuable opportunities for organic, viral and paid customer acquisition
  • Help us build marketing strategies to acquire customers through online and offline channels
  • Assist with content creation, including email, blog posts and social media posts
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Head of BD to design a marketing strategy/campaigns in close alignment with business goals.


  • Excellent English and Spanish
  • Experience managing large projects (with special emphasis on time management and task prioritization)
  • University degree complete (or in progress)
  • Personal commitment to making access to quality education more equitable
  • Interest in STEM education, social innovation, technology in education (EdTech) and business development
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Professionalism; ability to interact with variety of individuals and organizations
  • Self-Driven

A plus:
  • Journalism, marketing, communication experience, especially on social media platforms
  • Basic Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience editing multimedia (Adobe Premiere preferred)
  • Experience in education sector (teaching, working with teachers)
