Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, dependable and data-driven growth marketing specialist to join our team. Someone with proven record of success in demand generation, conversion optimization and analytics to help us keep growing.


Mission:

You will help us achieve our aggressive revenue targets focusing on generating qualified leads from paid and unpaid channels, while analyzing and testing ROI continuously and analyze, optimize and accelerate the user journey and conversion.


Responsibilities: 

  • Own demand generation strategy and execute it.
  • Advise on acquisition maximization tactics and analyze all possible paid advertising avenues. 
  • Track and monitor performance ensuring numbers are aligned with sales and finance KPIs.
  • Manage analytics and make decisions based on data to figure out the best channels.
  • Own the entire marketing automation system.
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database communication.
  • Own interfaces for B2B clients.
  • Help marketing team members to achieve their goals.
  • Coach the team, know trends and best practices, and share with the team.

Profile


Hard skills:

  • Native English speaker (or bilingual) is a must. 
  • Spanish a big plus.
  • Paid media is your last resource.
  • Several years of experience in growth/demand generation at an early stage, fast growing tech startup, within an international environment, in SaaS a big plus.
  • Passion and understanding about entrepreneurship.
  • Knowledge in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, comfortable handling data.
  • Expert in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote teams.
  • Comfortable with development and software terms.
  • Programming skills a plus!
