We were founded in 2014 and are currently a fantastic team of 30 people supporting our thousands of members...and we keep opening new locations to help startups thrive! 


We are looking for a Membership Manager for our new awesome co-working location to lead, develop and increase our client base. 

We need someone who is ambitious, a tenacious leader, with flawless communication and people skills.

This job centers around people, from spotting entrepreneurs that could value our culture, to managing our current members, identifying what our clients need and deliver it.

As the Membership Manager you will know everyone and everyone will know you. With the rest of the sales team you will be responsible for growing our membership, maintaining fantastic relationships with our members and coming up with continuous improvement.


  • Finding leads for our memberships, following them up skillfully, and leading to high conversion rates and delighted customers. 
  • Retaining top talent: you will be the first contact point of our members, so you have to make sure they have a great experience and benefit the most from our services, nurturing solid relationships with them.
  • Not only attracting new members and making them stay, but aiming towards constant improvement for delighting them.


  • Excellent level of English
  • A natural salesperson: charismatic, smart, passionate, people skills
  • Ability to get to the bottom of what people need - you like asking questions and creatively addressing clients' needs
  • Comfortable both approaching people at events and crafting effective messaging to help us attract the best talent of the UK tech scene
  • Diligent business mindset: experience working in business development, achieving sales targets and understanding the conversion process 
  • Process-driven and motivated by results
  • Determined to always do better and experiment with new strategies to improve
  • Passionate about the community: you love connecting people, since you will help brilliant entrepreneurs to find new opportunities by getting involved and making introductions
