Acting as the right hand of the CEO, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assist the CEO in various projects.
  • Keep project owners informed about the progress of the project and make sure the project development is on schedule.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Elaborate performance reports for the CEO.
  • Manage a team of interns. 
  • Minimize our exposure and risk on projects.


  • Advanced English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in project management and / or consulting (ideally 1-2 years)
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Experience and understanding of international trade, business and/or investment
  • Independent and teamwork capabilities
