We are a cutting-edge tech startup based in Paris, through the use Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing technologies we have built a platform that enables chatbot developers within companies create complex chatbots, to improve their customer support, increase audiences and boost sales through different messaging channels. 

Our platform and SDK enables our clients and partners to build chatbots that are testable, scalable and safe when it comes to data privacy, while providing natural conversational experiences for their customers.  

Founded in 2016, we have been growing fast and are now a team of 12 people that includes experts in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Scientists and Developers who have developed our solution, now implemented in companies such as banks, insurance companies and digital startups. We have recently received funding and are looking to increase our international and talented team to keep boosting our growth.

Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of a startup that is growing very quickly, helps leading companies create smart chatbots through its artificial intelligence powered platform, and contribute to one of the most exciting topics in tech?

As Strategic Partnerships Manager you will be in charge of growing our partner business. Your responsibilities will include presenting our SaaS and Software Development Kit solutions by preparing product presentations, developing customized proposals for potential clients, and negotiating contracts. 

Alongside our Product and Sales teams, you will foster innovative approaches to expand our partner network and offering.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify market potential to develop a detailed international business strategy and new business opportunities 
  • Approach potential partners, establish and nurture relationships and negotiate business terms to close deals and grow long-term business 
  • Carry out consulting and solution-oriented approach with existing partners 
  • Provide inputs for improvements on product development to establish us as Europe's leading Enterprise chatbots platform 
  • Work across departments such as sales, marketing and product 
  • Network at trade shows, conferences and other events

Profile

Requirements:

  • You have professional international experience in partner management or business development on Enterprise Level, related to SAAS products 
  • You have experience in a strategy or top management consulting company or similar corporate function
  • You have a network of potential partners in Europe (consulting firms, tech companies, digital agencies)
  • Demonstrative sales and consulting strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and very high negotiation and communication skills 
  • You take the initiative in your work, are structured and thorough, and extremely customer and service oriented 
  • You are fluent in French and English, ideally you have more than very good knowledge of another foreign language
