We are on the path to becoming the global leader for refurbished electronics. We are a French startup that built and operates an international e-commerce platform for reconditioned electronic devices such as phone, tablets and computers. Our philosophy is to offer an alternative to the consumption of new products. We seek to have a positive impact on the environment by convincing clients that re-using repaired electronic devices helps avoid millions of tons of electronic waste every year. 

We started back in 2014 from Paris and spent the past few years replicating the success we encountered on the French market to other European countries such as Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium. We are continuing our expansion with new European countries (the Netherlands, Poland, UK) and non-European countries such as the US and China. 

We have been growing at a double-digit rate on a monthly basis during our first couple of years of existence and have completed 3 investment rounds in 2015-2017, and raised 41 million euros in early 2018. Our turnover in 2017 was 100 million euros. Our international team is made of 130 members, and we plan to grow to 180 people by the end of 2018.

Our company acts as an intermediary between factories that refurbish used products and final consumers. Through our website, our users can acquire guaranteed tech equipment at a much lower price compared to retail, with at least 6 months of warranty. Our business model is based on a commission on each transaction.


Reporting to their Head of Customer Care – one of a kind – your duties will include:

  • Pivotal role within internal organisation to ensure all players are up to date with local requirements, business standards, cultural specificities, competitors’ activity etc.
  • Merchant/Customer Care (presale/post-sale): main intermediary between brand, merchants and consumers – Incoming calls are your number 1 priority to maximize satisfaction rate and ensure users get the best experience - you make sure merchants deliver their promise and our users get the best experience
  • Act as the main point of contact for all language-related matters
  • Own country tone-of-voice and ensure brand consistency across all channels: on-site translations (static pages, products, landing pages, newsletters, business development materials, customer care support, marketing activity etc.)
  • Community Management: liaise with CCO to adapt and roll out relevant social calendar on all platforms (blog, Facebook, Twitter, video content etc.)
  • Conduct market and competition research to identify potential opportunities to explore (product development, price adjustment, promotional activity, partnerships etc.)


  • Graduate or recent graduate 
  • Country native, German is your mother tongue and has absolutely no secret for you (written and spoken)
  • English is a no brainer, even better if you can speak French
  • Customer service experience, including telephone work preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mind is key, you are open-minded and always eager to exceed expectations
  • Good sense of priorities and organisation
