Our mission is to change the way of giving and receiving gifts during special occasions and events, by doing it in a more practical, flexible and personal way and leveraging on technology, increasing in this way customer appreciation and satisfaction.


We were founded in 2014 and are growing rapidly, we have served more than 1800 clients and given out more than 60M mxn worth in gifts.  We are looking for people to join us in the startup district of Mexico City, who are fluent in Spanish, enthusiastic about the Bridal and Gifts industries, and excited to advise and support our clients during their most important Special Occasions

Responsibilities


To help us achieve this, we are looking for driven Sales Executives, passionate for the bridal, celebration and gifts industries, who will be in charge of positioning our brand by increasing our client base, and advising and guiding our customers throughout the decision-making process in their special occasions and celebrations.


Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on leads that contact us through our website and communication channels, by organizing calls and meetings with them, to close deals and convert them into clients. 
  • Identify and act upon business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relations with our clients, complying with organization standards.
  • Deliver high-quality service to them, creatively recommending solutions to close deals.
  • Provide support, information, and advice to our clients throughout the whole selling process. Address customer concerns.
  • Identify customer needs by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Manage client contact data and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Business related University degree (can be recent graduate)
  • Passion for the bridal, celebrations and gifts industry
  • Excellent communication skills
