"We are a tech startup based in Santiago, Chile providing real-time information and management tools for the delivery industry. We started in 2012 in Chile and we have more than 200 customers in Latam (SaaS B2B).  Our client companies include corporations such as Cencosud, Ripley and 3M among many others.

Our service allows our clients to follow their deliveries in real time through an online platform, allowing them to improve their logistic operations and manage their fleet more effectively. We are currently expanding our commercial operations, opening our offices in Peru and Mexico."


The company is currently looking for a motivated business developer to help them with their launch in Peru and develop LatAm market. You will be in close contact with new local partners and will be in charge of generating new business opportunities. This position is to be based in Lima.

  • Support the management team in strategic and organizational concerns
  • Analyze figures to provide actionable insights for the company
  • Conduct prospection on potential local partners and clients
  • Negotiate and close valuable business deals
  • Work closely to different business units for improvement
  • Perform account management tasks and identify new business opportunities with current clients


  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Native Spanish
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the Peruvian culture and market 
  • Great interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to take ownership
  • Previous experience in B2B2C and/or in startup environments would be a plus
  • Taste for sales
