We are on the path to becoming the global leader for refurbished electronics. We are a French startup that built and operates an international e-commerce platform for reconditioned electronic devices such as phone, tablets and computers. Our philosophy is to offer an alternative to the consumption of new products. We seek to have a positive impact on the environment by convincing clients that re-using repaired electronic devices helps avoid millions of tons of electronic waste every year. 

We started back in 2014 from Paris and spent the past few years replicating the success we encountered on the French market to other European countries such as Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium. We are continuing our expansion with new European countries (the Netherlands, Poland, UK) and non-European countries such as the US and China. 

We have been growing at a double-digit rate on a monthly basis during our first couple of years of existence and have completed 3 investment rounds in 2015-2017, and raised 41 million euros in early 2018. Our turnover in 2017 was 100 million euros. Our international team is made of 130 members, and we plan to grow to 180 people by the end of 2018.

Our company acts as an intermediary between factories that refurbish used products and final consumers. Through our website, our users can acquire guaranteed tech equipment at a much lower price compared to retail, with at least 6 months of warranty. Our business model is based on a commission on each transaction.


As a key member of the global Business Development team, you'll help develop and scale our company in every market, both on the operational side than on the strategic side. 

Your role will be to use and develop tools to make our current and future merchants improve their offer to reach a defined Offer Quality, in the most efficient way.

You'll work closely with our customer care, marketing and technical teams, a group of passionate professionals who are dedicated to making sure our products and our brand stand out.

Reporting to our Head of Account Management your duties will include:

  1. Building: design, implement and follow the new Account Management processes and tools to ensure the team efficiency and performance
  2. Supplying: being responsible of the offer, you know what products are the biggest sales opportunities and you work with your merchants to have them online
  3. Developing: provide merchants with data-proven feedback and action plan to help them improve quality and grow sales on all markets thanks to forecast and business opportunities
  4. Partnering: build strong and efficient relationships with our merchants, on the long-term by providing them personalized human consulting
  5. Monitoring: closely follow merchants' action to ensure quality standards are met and sales are taking off.
  6. You’ll also lead projects aiming at building new services for the Dutch merchants.


  • Native Dutch speaker, with previous experience in Sales/Consulting position, ideally in a tech environment
  • Perfectly fluent in English
  • Great business sense and excellent verbal/written communication skills, you had successful previous sales experiences
  • Strong interest for the online and e-commerce environment, you ideally have a previous experience in a related field
  • Passionate about growth and eager to learn, you are familiar with the start-up environment and working in a demanding change-oriented environment
  • Analytical mind – strong use of insights and confident around data-driven decision-making
