Responsibilities


Would you like to be a part of a young and international team in a successful startup, based in sunny Spain?

If you are looking to boost your career in sales, have awesome communication and persuasion skills and want to have an impact in our growth by attracting accomodation providers across Europe to anounce their rooms in our website , this role might be for you!

Your role  will be to lead the prospection of accommodation providers, both private and companies, in a European country.  Examples of prospects include private landlords, property managers, student residences, hostels, etc. 

You will be responsible for increasing the volume of properties published on our website. 


Responsibilities:

  • Contacting prospects by email or phone, leading a sales pitch and recording information in our CRM. 
  • Establishing your own unique sales style, trying and testing different strategies.
  • Calling and meeting with landlords to get them signed up with us.
  • Negotiating terms and commissions with our providers.
  • Working as a team to quickly solve problems.


Profile

  • You have excellent communication and persuasion skills over the phone and email. 
  • You are eloquent, well spoken and convincing. 
  • You’re positive, results-oriented, energetic and self-disciplined. 
  • You’re smart, ambitious and analytical. 
  • You do what needs to be done; you’re willing to work hard, and know what working hard means; dedication and persistence in reaching your goals!
  • Telephone skills: very comfortable speaking on the phone.
  • Problem solving skills & resilient: you keep pushing, trying new approaches and never give up even under pressure.
  • Professional attitude with an outgoing, high-energy vibrant personality. 
  • Your enthusiasm is contagious and this motivates people around you.
  • A desire to set clear goals and achieve them as soon as possible.
  • Experience using CRM system, lead generation tools & inbound marketing.

Must have:

  • Native/High level in English.
  • Experience in a sales team: client procurement, lead qualification, outbound calling and closing.
  • Experience in organising, measuring and monitoring sales operations and KPIs.

Nice to have:

  • Some Spanish level will be welcome. But you can learn it while you are here! 
  • An interest in technology and startup philosophy.
  • Experience managing a sales team or acquiring clients.
  • Contacts in the real estate / accommodations sector.
  • Market knowledge about European real estate / accommodation sector. 
  • Having lived and/or studied in France, Spain, England, Italy, etc, before.
