Our service of smart cash register is iPad and cloud-based so managers can easily access the data of their business from wherever they are and it is now used by more than 5000 clients in more than 30 countries. We also value our young, dynamic, hungry and high-energy culture and our close team. 


Founded in 2014 we have grown rapidly and are currently a team of 150 people with offices in Paris, Barcelona and Milan. We have reached profitability and recently raised a new round of funding that will allow us to continue to expand to even more markets. In this role you will be in charge of advising and recommending best practices, as well as giving strategic consultancy to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be customers' first point of contact for questions and recommendations 
  • You will manage customer demands and solve them, offering quality interactions every time
  • You will manage all types of requests
  • You will implement different tools to improve communication flow (calls, emails, SMS etc.)
  • You will help develop our Customer Support department in the future.

Profile

  • Ability to efectively explain the inexplicable
  • Good sense of humor and patience without limits, that makes you able to always keep calm and prioritize to solve problems
  • You know how to smile on the phone
  • You have previous experience in a client-facing role 
  • You wish to be a part of a start-up environment.
  • Understanding of Intercom and Sales-force a big plus!
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English, French is a plus
