Responsibilities

Would you like to be a part of an innovative and fast-growing e-commerce in an industry based on creativity and design, starting an exciting process of international expansion?


If you do, we are looking for a Finance Associate to help us build and keep up to date our financial records. 


You will report to our Financial Manager and be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, managing supplier payments, sales invoices and customer receipts.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing all UK and international supplier invoices 
  • Reconciling the British Pound and Euro bank accounts weekly and being in charge of capturing invoices
  • Posting journals in our accounting system and keeping an up-to-date electronic filing system to support financial records
  • Completing new supplier and customer data
  • Invoicing our business customers and follow-up on payments
  • Managing tax returns
  • Assisting with other financial reporting tasks

Profile

Requirements:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in similar bookkeeping or financial roles
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are attentive to detail, accurate and thorough with strong organizational skills
  • You enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are enthusiastic, self-motivated and have a sense of ownership
  • You are a team player and have good working relationships with colleagues
  • AAT Level 4 qualified or equivalent
  • Experience with Xero accounting software package is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
